Vikings Freshman infielder Judah Wilbur continues to receive awards and recognition for his 2018 campaign.
Wilbur was selected as a first team All-Western States Conference infielder for his conference performance which included a .369 average, 15 RBI, 8 Dobules and 17 runs scored.
The California Community College Baseball Coaches Association selected Wilbur to the All-Southern California team for his overall production which included a team best .394 batting avergae, 16 doubles, 41 runs scored, 3 triples, 2 home runs and 31 RBI. Wilbur also drew 22 walks and stole 6 bases.
Vikings head coach Bryan King commented, "This is an incredible honor and a well deserved one for Judah. He's a kid who has earned every bit of his success, we are so proud of him and coudn't be more excited to see how much more he continues to develop."
King continued, "Judah was chosen as one of three infielders for the All-SoCal team. If you consider that there are 44 teams in the South and that each team has a minimum of 3 infielders you can start to appreciate how prestegious this honor is for Judah and our entire program."
